the reconciliation of balance sheets, "as by law" and not invest anything to manage, inform or lead to savings, which would have environmental, economic and even ... the budget! Indeed under garbage adds additional costs to remedy a few all'incuria and at the expense of all.
Instead of finding solutions is expected on 1 May Labour Day and I would add also the public, to which "the party is the Administration that:
- ignores the interest of civil life, as to avoid the junk the streets, out of the bins;
- fails to exercise any administrative insight to absorb the price increases with the share of recycling and reducing the amount of trash sent to biostabilisation first and then landfilled;
- does not promote local entrepreneurship to make economic dimensions of reusable materials;
- does not find space to handle special materials, recyclable and bulky that the ecological islands could afford.
